Promo Code Usage
Promo codes issued by SVK Herbal USA Inc. are valid only for purchases made directly on
our website, svkherbal.com, or by placing orders through SVK Herbal USA customer service.
Promo codes are not valid on third-party websites or platforms. Each promo code is valid
only for the specified dates and times. Only one promo code may be applied per order
unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Certain product exclusions may apply, including but not limited to new products or specific
bundles. Restrictions will be outlined within the terms of the promotion.
Free Shipping Promotions
Free shipping promotions apply exclusively to standard ground shipping within the
continental United States.
Free Shipping on Orders Over $50
Orders totaling $50 or more (after discounts are applied) qualify for free ground shipping
within the continental United States. Free shipping will be automatically applied at
checkout.
Wholesale Customers
Promotions, discounts, and promo codes are not available for wholesale or professional
accounts.
Subscribe & Save Program
The Subscribe & Save Program cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or reward
coupons. Subscription discounts are applied exclusively to eligible products and renewals,
subject to program terms.
SVK Herbal Loyalty & Rewards Program
The SVK Herbal Loyalty & Rewards Program offers exclusive benefits to retail customers.
Points earned through this program cannot be redeemed retroactively and are not valid for
wholesale or professional accounts.
- Reward Coupons: Customers may only use one reward coupon per order, and rewards
cannot be combined with other discounts, including Subscribe & Save. - Birthday Bonus: To qualify for birthday bonus points, members must enter their birthdate
during account creation or at least 30 days before their birthday. - Returns: Customers initiating three or more returns will forfeit all active points and
coupons and may be permanently removed from the program.
SVK Herbal reserves the right to update the earning and redemption methods for points at
any time.
Special Discounts Program
The SVK Herbal Special Discounts Program is subject to verification. Discounts under this
program are available only to customers meeting specific eligibility criteria outlined at the
time of offer.
